We will always encourage you to instruct counsel as soon as possible. An assessment can then be formed on your case. We can inform you from the appraisal of your paperwork if your case is suitable for direct access or if a solicitor should be instructed.
If we assess that your case is not suitable for public access we will inform you as quickly as possible. We are well placed to use our unique knowledge of the solicitor community to finding the right solicitor to handle your case.
