Our Direct Access (or Public Access) Barristers are qualified to accept instructions directly from members of the public. This means that, in appropriate cases, you would not need to instruct a Solicitor to represent you. The benefits of this approach can include saving time and money, whilst also having early (and consistent) access to the Barrister who will represent you throughout the process (including at any eventual hearing). We can be instructed by individuals and sports organisations that do not have an in-house legal team.
