I am qualified to act as an Arbitrator in disputes over children with the Institute of Family Law Arbitrators (IFLA), and welcome instructions to act as either the arbitrator in children’s cases or to represent you personally at arbitrations.

I regularly appear in the Family Proceedings Court, County Court and High Court in cases involving children particularly intractable child arrangement disputes, parental alienation, mental health difficulties, drug and alcohol related problems and issues involving children and families generally on separation and beyond.
Before joining the bar, I was a qualified Orthopedic Nurse which gave me insight and understanding when dealing with matters involving physical and sexual abuse, neglect, emotional harm and cases involving medical experts.
I have shown a particulate aptitude to those matters involving younger parents including minors and all manner of abuse cases (physical and sexual).
I am regularly instructed to assist in matrimonial finance and divorce hearings on financial remedy matters for FDA, FDR and Final hearings.
