In public law, I have experience in matters featuring issues of emotional abuse, domestic violence, neglect and drug and alcohol dependencies.

Private law children

In private law, I am regularly instructed to act for parents in Child Arrangement Order applications, leave to remove applications and applications for parental responsibility.

Matrimonial finance

I am experienced in matrimonial finance matters and have successfully represented husbands and wives at all stages of financial remedy proceedings.

Family Law Act proceedings

I regularly act for both applicants and respondents to applications for Non-molestation Orders and Occupation Orders.
