For the last two years I have appeared in Court an average of three times per week mostly in the County and Application courts. I have also appeared in the First-Tier and Upper Land Tribunals and in the High Court.
I am also frequently instructed to prepare legal documents for Court and have prepared scores of such documents.
I have experience of dealing with complex issues surrounding alleged breach of directors’ duties.
My day-to-day insolvency practice involves representing creditors and companies in winding-up proceedings, attending applications relating to Statutory Demands, and representing creditors and individuals at bankruptcy hearings.
I have significant experience in dealing with construction disputes at both a large-scale commercial level and at the level of the individual homeowner and small building firm.
I frequently provide advice and advocacy on boundary and landlord and tenant disputes and can assist with both written and court-based work in these areas.
In the general commercial context I’ve had exposure to high-level, multi-million pound commercial disputes and I’m capable of advising on the application of commercial and contract law to complex, multi-party arrangements.
In addition, I frequently provide written advice and court advocacy for smaller-scale disputes such as contracts for building services and sale of goods claims.
