As a family law barrister I provide legal advice and assistance, covering all areas of family law.
I usually help those who may be going through a difficult time, due to the breakdown of a relationship, whether that be a marriage, civil partnership or cohabitation. This might be resolving issues around the parties’ property and financial resources or in respect of their children.
I also provide legal advice and assistance to people in happier times, as I have specialist expertise in the areas of prenuptial agreements (including pre and postnuptial agreements) and surrogacy.
I may provide legal advice alongside representing clients at court hearings or advise together with the preparation and drafting of documents.
I understand that for those going through the family law system it can be a challenging time and I aim to make the process easier for my clients. I am dedicated and personable and committed to achieving the best results. I will give frank advice and I will always do my best for my clients.
