I have extensive experience of the different aspects of legal work and have experienced a range of Courts including the Employment Tribunal, First-Tier Tax Tribunal and the High Court.
I also worked as a paralegal in an international law firm on a multi-faceted reinsurance matter where I developed an interest in commercial disputes.

Rebecca has advised and acted in a number of personal and corporate insolvency matters. She has appeared in both High Court and County Court litigation and has dealt with disputes which have a dimension outside this jurisdiction.

Rebecca has also dealt with a number of enforcement and credit hire matters.
Rebecca has advised and represented clients in this area including in the First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber). Her experience of disputes in this area include constructive trust and proprietary estoppel claims, trespass, nuisance, breach of covenants and boundary disputes.
Rebecca has successfully acted in a number of claims for possession (including against persons unknown) and associated rental arrears. She has also dealt with claims relating to the specific enforcement of terms contained within commercial leases and assisted with drafting work in this area.
Rebecca has a keen interest in probate work. She has advised on Inheritance Act claims and the construction of wills. She has also dealt with proprietary estoppel and constructive trust claims in the context of an Estate. Recently, Rebecca assisted in the review of the administration of an Estate in order to provide advice regarding the conduct of the administration and next steps.
