I’m a family law barrister, with expertise across the whole breadth of family law.
Prior to becoming a barrister, I was a management consultant and a qualified accountant and worked with various companies specialising in marketing, business and employee relations and crisis business-rescue operations; culminating in taking on the role of Managing Director of a group of diverse businesses. This experience assists me greatly in providing a first class service for everyone I’m instructed by.
I accept cases in all aspects of family law, including complex Financial Remedy and TOLATA cases. I’m regularly instructed in challenging Children Act and Care Proceedings matters and I undertake extensive work with Local Authorities on cases involving all aspects of care proceedings, fact-finding hearings and Adoption Act matters.
As well as my family law practice, I also advise and represents parties in the Court of Protection, especially in those cases involving Children and the overlap with the Court of Protection.
